I'm new to astrology. Can it really help me?
Absolutely! Astrology is “the counselor of kings”. As a professional astrologer, I can help you with many aspects of life ranging from understanding your own nature, exploring personal and spiritual development, finding a life path or understanding how you relate to your partner, to knowing how a move might impact your life and especially with planning when to take action in your business or personal life.
There are many forms of astrology, including natal, synastry, horary, mundane, medical and financial astrology; and many astrologers will specialize in certain areas.
The best astrological advice requires a date, time, and place of birth for the “native”, or the person for whom a chart is calculated. It is this chart–the “nativity”–which is referred to as a natal chart (or birth chart, depending on where you live) and which contains the astrological information upon which a consultation is based.

I don't know my time of birth. Can astrology still work for me?
Yes! Although not ideal, a chart can still be constructed in this situation, in one of two ways: we can either use noon local (birthplace) time as the basis for your consultation, or we can simply use the time your chart is constructed as the birth time. While not as accurate as it would be otherwise, a great deal of information can still be gleaned from constructing a chart this way.
A somewhat more complicated process called “rectification” can also be used to more accurately estimate the real birth time. Chart rectification is based on the timing of significant early life events, and so requires a more in depth consultation.
The best way to find out the birth time is to contact the vital records department of the state in which you were born and request a “vault copy” of your birth certificate. You will probably have to pay a fee for this service. Many states use a records service to fulfill these requests, so be sure to request a vault copy as replacement birth certificates provided by third parties may not always include the birth time. A vault copy may cost more than a basic replacement copy, but it is typically more affordable, more accurate, and quicker than paying me to rectify your chart.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the U.S.?
I sure do! Though shipping usually takes a little longer. 🙂 It can take anywhere from 2 – 12 weeks, so be sure to order well in advance of your need.
International customers are responsible for all VAT and customs charges relating to their purchase. Please indicate any special international shipping or customs instructions at time of checkout.
How long does it take to get my chart?
Typically it will take 3 – 4 weeks for your chart to arrive.
Depending on the complexity of the chart you ordered, it can take upward of 20 working hours to accurately plot the positions of the celestial bodies, paint the chart and finally illuminate it. The painting itself happens in several stages of masking then painting, each of which must be allowed to dry properly before beginning the next stage. For example, the least complex “Astronomer’s Natal Chart” takes a minimum of 16 working hours to complete, not including drying times.
I may also be working on consultations or more than one chart commission at a time, and I prioritize these on a “first come, first served” basis.

How soon should I order for the holidays?
Custom hand painted natal charts take a minimum of 20 hours (see FAQ above) to ready for shipping, so order early! Processing can take up to 2 weeks, and shipping can add an additional week to 10 days to the time it takes for your order to arrive. Plan to order early if you need additional time to have your chart framed. Only a limited number of charts can be created each week, so be sure to order your holiday gift in advance to assure on time delivery. Orders for multiple charts may require longer processing times.
When ordering printed reports, I recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance of when you need it.
When ordering digital reports, I recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance of when you need it, especially if you plan to have your report printed locally.

Shipping
It typically takes up to 2 weeks to create your natal chart and ready it for shipping. Standalone reports are processed in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.
Your chart art will be layered between glassine paper and shipped flat to protect it from damage on its way to you.
Digital reports take 1-3 days to create and deliver via email. Printed reports take 1-3 days to create and up to a week to ship via USPS.
International shipments may take longer. Buyer responsible for VAT and customs charges relating to their purchase. Please indicate any special international shipping or customs instructions at time of checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order.
In the event your item is damaged upon receipt, please let us know immediately! Contact us with a photograph and description of the damage and we’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement, depending on whether you ordered an original or print artwork or report.
Returned items must be accompanied by a return authorization, and must be received prior to refund. Shipping fees are not eligible for refunds, sorry.
Custom commissions, as a general rule, are non-returnable.
Digital downloads are non-returnable. Orders for digital downloads must be cancelled prior to fulfillment to be eligible for refunds.
Personal consultations are non-refundable.
